Big fan!

My apartment is everything I could want in an apartment and it really highlights the best of Durham. For positives, it's located in a beautiful neighborhood (Trinity Park), has lots of natural light, hardwood floors throughout, and has an older, homey feel. For negatives, older appliances, minimal amenities. This is the apartment for you if you like the idea of renting an older house in Durham, but prefer the security of an apartment building. Minimal maintenance issues and quick response by property company. Location-wise, the drive to campus is about 10 minutes. It is a 10 minute walk to the East Campus gym, a 15 min walk to 9th street, and about a 20 min walk to downtown Durham and all the bars and restaurants (plus the walk is through a cute neighborhood!)

Good Option

Solid. Nothing fancy. Much cheaper than 1BR @ S9, and get plenty of peace and quiet while being close to everyone else and also to downtown. Building is a little old and light on features (like no dishwasher or disposal), but has in apartment W/D.

Excellent Value

Nice apartment in a good location. Much cheaper than a 1 BR at S9. Close to East Campus and convenient for downtown outings. Would like to have a dishwasher.

Getting around Trinity Park

Trinity Park Reviews

Super nice area. Extremely family friendly and good for walking pets as well. No safety issues that I am aware of. great Place to walk around and look at old, beautiful, expensive houses. Right across from Duke’s East Campus and walkable to downtown Durham if you’re okay with walking 15-20 mins.
I love Trinity Park, you can walk to 9th street or downtown. I love taking walks around the neighborhood to admire all the cute houses. It's very family friendly and a quiet, safe neighborhood.
Trinity Park is a neighborhood of single family homes. It is half a mile to Duke's East Campus (great place to go for a run), about a mile to the 9th St. area where a majority of Fuqua students live, and also one mile to downtown Durham. Have easy access to all those spots is great, while also having the space to relax and feel more at home.
Cute neighborhood. Easy to get to places. I love going for walks in the neighborhood. Very safe. Family oriented.
Very convenient for access to school and network, feels safe and well maintained.
Neighborhood is great, especially if you are a runner/walker/biker.
Beautiful, quiet, relatively safe neighborhood. Public transit is not as accessible.
Great trails, mix of long-time owners and renters, walking distance to downtown and 9th street.
