Excellent building.
Excellent management. Lots of events for residences and quick to fix issues.
5 minute walk from decatur square and some of the best restaurants in Atlanta: Iberian Pig, White Bull, No. 246, Cafe Alsace, Chai Pani, Brickstore, also a Victory and SOS Tiki Bar!

Pricey but worth it
Well maintained building walking distance to downtown Decatur. Convienently located to bike to Emory. Additional bonus of building gym and saltwater pool. Dog spa / cleaning station is a nice touch, but a little far away from dog parks (Glenlake and Oakhurst are 5 - 10 minute drives).

In a time that isn't covid, this woulld be the ideal location to live. Parking is an additional $35/month. Lots of restaurants

Great staff and community
The staff is very responsive and puts emphasis on building a community in the complex through various events and amenities, and maintenance requests are addressed very quickly.
