Studio review

The apartment is nice and quaint. But it's a little small and not too many amenities like gym and pool. The rent is quite high but the location is safe and clean

Good

I like the apartment building. It's quiet, with decent sized rooms and amenities. Management and building maintenance is always timely with responses. Metro, restaurants and convenience stores are all walkable.

Efficient and well-located

I recently moved from a large house in Mt. Pleasant to a small apartment in the eastern part of Tenleytown. Connecticut Avenue is a little busy but it's only 20 minutes from school by bike and the building itself is very quiet. The apartments have giant windows that let in lots of morning or afternoon light (depending on which side of the building you're on). It's basic, though, with a utilitarian foyer and a slow elevator. Since we're at school about 12 hours a day, though, it gets the job done at the right price.
