Dakota Ridge

I have really enjoyed my time here at Dakota Ridge. My spouse and I picked this apartment because it was much cheaper than downtown options, and still only 20 min from IUPUI. It also has a pool and a gym, which is nice. The management are awesome, and they throw parties and do fun events with free food all the time. For Christmas, they made everyone cookie mix in a jar. The ceilings are high at 9', which makes even a ground-floor apartment feel spacious. You are allowed to paint the walls as long as you paint them back before you leave. They are very timely when it comes to fulfilling maintenance requests. Parking is never an issue for myself or for when we have guests. My only issue would be that the walls can be thin, but that is every apartment. Our upstairs neighbors are stompers, and our wall neighbors smoke weed at least three times a week.
