Pretty Good
I think it's super spacious and for a relatively fair price. The townhome we live in is about 1200 sq. ft. and is two stories, which is nice because sometimes I need to be away from my boyfriend to study. We also have two cats as pets are permitted, and I know a lot of our neighbors have dogs, but we never really hear them. The only drawbacks are that it's a little cheap in some of the updates and that we get grass spiders pretty frequently. I think they're mainly attracted to my cats' litterboxes though, so this may not be a super prevalent issue for everyone.
