Affordable place only a mile from campus

Harding Street Lofts are great! They have several different layouts of apartments and it’s in a renovated factory building. We have a beautiful courtyard, gated parking lot, and some green space (which is rare for being so close to downtown). The maintenance main is always quick to do repairs.

Great living option

Harding street lofts are a great option for law students. I lived there my first year and rent is comparably cheap, the living area is so unique, and everyone is so kind and safe.

Harding Street Lofts

Harding Street Lofts is trendy and fun. There is a great indoor gym included and a sweet outdoor space complete with a grill. The biggest downside to the complex is that the walls are extremely thin so noise transmits very easily between apartments. I could hear every word of the conversations in my neighbors' apartments.
