The location is within walking distance to the canal, IUPUI’s campus and the nearby hospitals. The apartment is a bit dated and repairs seem to mask the problems.

The property is within walking distance to the law school so I do not have to purchase a parking pass or deal with the limited parking. The location is relatively updated and quiet. The location has a mixture of families and college students. When initially researching downtown apartments, Lockefield Gardens was the cheapest I could find when taking into account rent, parking, and utilities.

Management is not well run and the staff is not helpful.

This place is an easy walk to campus, inexpensive for living downtown especially living alone. The building is old and there are some quirks that come with it but overall they are nice apartments. The management staff is nice enough but slow to respond.

I am less than an 8 minute walk from campus and I love my apartment and the community. Within a 15 minute walk from the canal makes it an amazingly affordable place to be close to campus and fun places to be around like the canal! Maintenance was super responsive with a dishwasher situation and haven't had any other issues.

Good location. I preferred living alone and this is the most cost effective way to do that.

The management can be frustrating. They’re helpful but they can border disrespect at times.

The apartment is very spacious for the price and location. The space is not necessarily efficient and not all of it is useful. The kitchen is very small and there are more closets than I know what to do with, but there is plenty of common space to live in and the bedroom is big enough to fit my full bed and huge desk. Some things do break because the building is old and the maintenance team is slow at getting to your problems which can be annoying. The appliances aren't fancy but they work which is all I need. For the price the place is good as long as you are clean and either don't break anything or can fix it on your own.
