We had a good experience with this clean but not luxurious apartment complex. Housing prices in Indianapolis still shock me coming from a more rural area, but I appreciated paying for quick maintenance and not for unnecessary amenities. That said, there was a nice pool area and a small gym with the basics. Our favorite part was our balcony overlooking trees.
