Great place!
The Marott is ten minutes away from the law school, the perfect distance to not be in the craziness of downtown but also not have a bad commute to school. The management is super nice. There is 24/7 concierge and security who call for packages and help with questions or concerns. Everyone in the building is super nice. There is an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool. The building itself has a lot of history and is very pretty. The windows aren't very good so in the winter the heating bill can be a little high. The Marott also has banquet halls, so sometimes there are weddings held at the building. This can cause some inconvenience but really isn't bad. The building is working on putting washers and dryers in every unit, but right now there is a little laundry room on every floor with a single washer and dryer that you have to pay to use.

Great place!
My apartment is in a nice location where I can get to school easily and quickly, but not right in the middle of downtown. The other residents are very nice! The apartment staff and managers are also very kind. There is a concierge at the front desk 24 hours. The parking lot is gated and the gate closes from 6pm-8am. The gym and pool is really nice! Lots of natural light in the apartment itself!

The Marott
I really like living at the Marott. It’s decently affordable for the location, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is very quick. It’s also pretty safe, as the parking lot is gated and a key fob is needed to get into the building and to call the elevators.

Great Place to Live
The Marott is the best place I've ever lived. The building is secure, conveniently located, and beautiful. And given how close it is to downtown and all the amenities that come with living here, the cost of rent is a steal!
