Meh
Very strict about their property. Have to sign a car agreement and send photos. Cars have to be in pristine condition (no rust, unmatching paint, missing mirrors, etc.).
Nothing nailed into balcony (flags, planters, etc.) and no lights to decorate balcony.
Had lots of issues with heat and hot water (7+ maintenance calls/requests) but finally think it’s resolved.
