The management is the real issue
The property is newly remodeled and is very reasonably priced. However, the property management office is very unresponsive and is very hard to get on the phone. I have neighbors that have had significant maintenance issues that have not been fixed. The office staff is really hard to deal with and you have to consistently stay on them to get anything done. However, it is right on the jagline which is really easy to get to and from campus.

Horrendous
Management does not respond on time, they are low on staff for such a large building, everything is dirty and the hallways always smell, smells like garbage by the trash chutes, trash chutes are always full, area around residence is not safe, walls are thin, this is an undergrad apartment so do not live here if you don't want that
