Recommend looking into if you don't mind a commute

Personally, I think Washington Quarters is sufficient for me because I have been used to making a 20-30 minute commute throughout undergrad. Being that it's located in Avon, it's in a nice area where grocers are nearby and you don't have to deal with city noise. The maintenance is wonderful and always timely to handle any issues I have. The management is nice as well and they organize different events in the summer for the residents. The major downside, in my opinion, is the fact that campus doesn't seem as available since there's always a commute to be made if you ever want to head over to study on the weekends. Sometimes traffic can be an issue too when coming home after class.
