Great Apartment, questionable management

Love our building, the neighborhood, and our apartment, but Reinhold Residential is a pretty awful management company. They've taken advantage of us on a few occasions (things in our apartment that were promised but not delivered, low responsiveness to certain issues, etc) and generally aren't very friendly.

Very pleased

I've had no issues since living at Trinity Row. I love the location and management is always helpful when needed. They host socials for the residents quarterly. They also take care of the garbage weekly, which is appreciated. Love the in-unit laundry. The only complaint I have is the noise and construction worker's foot traffic from the renovation of the building.

Logan Square Reviews

Great location for convenience - along the river, smack between Trader Joe's and Whole Foods (7-8 min walk to each). About 30 min walk to hospital or 10 min bike ride. Quiet neighborhood, not too many bars or restaurants nearby.
Very safe - neighborhood feel. Lots of families around, cute row-homes. Very close to the River Trail, which makes biking and running a breeze. About 7-10 minute walk to the trolley; about 20 min walk to Drexel.
It's not Rittenhouse, but it's not as pricey; it's not Washington, so it's not as oddly out of the way; and it's not Franklin, thank God. Logan is lots of families, a handful of schools, some great museums, a scattering of acceptable restaurants, a Whole Foods, an excellent running trail, and some of the most accessible transit options are found on Market as soon as you cross the river. Once you're off that, it's fairly quiet, and the parkway quiets down once commuting is over (unless, of course, a world-class concert or festival is taking place, and is that really that much of a problem?) and the walk from Logan into Center City is a breeze.
Pros: Culturally rich place - near the museum district; 15-30 min walk will take you everywhere - Old City, Chinatown, South St., University City, etc. (Well perhaps that's true for everywhere east of Schuylkill) Work, Play, and Shop within walkable distance - really, no need for a car. (if you need one, car/bikeshare is everywhere here.)

Cons: JFK and Market st. can be quite noisy with cars and fire engines from the nearby fire dept - some people may have difficulties sleeping at night due to that.
Logan Square is top tier and has been ranked the nicest neighborhood in Philly. You are in walking distance to two grocery stores (Trader Joe's and Whole Foods) and can go anywhere in center city in under 20 minutes walking. Walking from here to Annenberg takes approximately 30 minutes. Biking takes 10.
I live at 21 and market, which is a few blocks north of Rittenhouse but I would classify my neighborhood more as Rittenhouse than as Logan Square. Live next to the Trader Joe's ad 3 blocks from Whole Foods. Tons of restaurants/coffee shops within easy walking distance as well as a 7/11, CVS, and Rite Aid.
It's a business district so it's dead at night, but it's a a 5-10 minute walk to Rittenhouse square so it doesn't make much of a difference. Its also a 5 minute walk from Trader Joe's.
Getting to 2401 is a little bit of a pain. Taking the trolley to campus is great.
Logan Square is a great neighborhood. It is very close to the bars in Center City, but has a more secluded feel than something like Rittenhouse or Old City.
