Living Near the Zoo
It is a great location, near the metro, library, zoo, an organic grocer, and some restaurants. It also has the luxury of a washer and dryer in the unit. The neighborhood is safe, and the only thing missing is good natural light and a gym for when its too cold to go out.

WISH at Woodley Park
WISH at Woodley Park is very centrally located and in a perfect position for residents to enjoy the restaurants and shops in Woodley Park, Adams Morgan, and Dupont Circle. It is a great location for young people. It is also very close to the Woodley Park/National Zoo Metro station, making it convenient to get to work and around D.C. The only complaint I've heard is that the basement apartments are on the darker side. Of course, there's not much natural light in basements as it is. Good place to live overall.
