Nice building

It's not an apartment building but it is rather owned condos and I rent from the owner directly. It's a nice quiet building in a good area.

Great Location, Annoying Noises

Location is great, small gym on-site, everything is fairly new. Main problem is that it is directly behind a Whole Foods, so there are loud delivery trucks and dump trucks at all hours of the day. I also had my bike stolen from inside the centrally locked garage because there was a broken lock on one of the building doors.

nice but expensive

our apartment is very well maintained; but because it is in a nice neighborhood, the cost is very high. rhode island is a good neighborhood and there are enough lights on the street. our management team is helpful too, and there hasnt been any major issues maintenance wise.,

True DC Living

Originally from Montgomery County, Maryland/Potomac area. Love living in DC. Socially its an investment. It can get expensive if you're not careful. Love the local spots, dive bars, and overall walkability. Metro is okay but I do miss my car. Miss the quiet from home, but loving the city.

Logan Circle Reviews

Logan Circle is the perfect location! It's close to 14th St and P St and the up and coming Shaw neighborhood so you have tons of restaurants, gyms and shops in walking distance. You're also walking distance to U st, Dupont, downtown (Farragut), Metro Center and Chinatown so you are ideally located - can get to any metro line in 10-20 minutes walking.
I think this is the best location if you want to be in DC and work in McLean. Unfortunately, having to be close to the Silver line somewhat limits where you can live in DC (unless you want to transfer metro lines). While my commute could still take up to an hour, I think it is worth it because Logan Circle has so many great restaurants and bars. Also, I can very easily walk to a ton of other neighborhoods (Dupont, Shaw, etc.)
This part of town has gentrified drastically in a short amount of time. That comes with the good and the bad. There are so many developments going up that it has misplaced the communities that once lived here. However, there are still hip old tropes of those communities up and down U St and 14th St. Ethiopian dive restaurants, to great music clubs, and a safe, lively gay scene, this is a booming part of town.
Walking distance to several metro lines and going-out areas.
Logan Circle is my favorite neighborhood in DC for living and leisure. I have every type of grocery store within a 5 minute walk from my apartment, multiple gyms, and most of my favorite bars and restaurants.
Its is a fairly nice neighborhood with a lot of families. It is quiet and doesn't have almost any criminal activity. It is a great place to start a family
All you need is close by or within walking distance or a quick Uber. Good variety of restaurants and bars. Parks nearby and safe location.
Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and fun things to do. Not the cheapest place to live but a great spot to be in.
