Had an excellent experience

I very much like my apartment. The building is well kept even though it lacks a few amenities I would have enjoyed. The apartment is great. Right size, location, etc. Would enjoy a better gym and or perhaps a pool situation but you can't beat the location so its worth it.

Love my place.

It's the perfect size, location and price for a single person. The place is well kept and having a parking garage built in is excellent. I can walk to work and to all my errands as well as catch buses and metro with ease. I've never had a place in DC this well suited to my lifestyle. Having a park across the street and rooftop deck are added bonuses.

Logan Circle Reviews

Logan Circle is the perfect location! It's close to 14th St and P St and the up and coming Shaw neighborhood so you have tons of restaurants, gyms and shops in walking distance. You're also walking distance to U st, Dupont, downtown (Farragut), Metro Center and Chinatown so you are ideally located - can get to any metro line in 10-20 minutes walking.
I think this is the best location if you want to be in DC and work in McLean. Unfortunately, having to be close to the Silver line somewhat limits where you can live in DC (unless you want to transfer metro lines). While my commute could still take up to an hour, I think it is worth it because Logan Circle has so many great restaurants and bars. Also, I can very easily walk to a ton of other neighborhoods (Dupont, Shaw, etc.)
This part of town has gentrified drastically in a short amount of time. That comes with the good and the bad. There are so many developments going up that it has misplaced the communities that once lived here. However, there are still hip old tropes of those communities up and down U St and 14th St. Ethiopian dive restaurants, to great music clubs, and a safe, lively gay scene, this is a booming part of town.
Walking distance to several metro lines and going-out areas.
Logan Circle is my favorite neighborhood in DC for living and leisure. I have every type of grocery store within a 5 minute walk from my apartment, multiple gyms, and most of my favorite bars and restaurants.
Its is a fairly nice neighborhood with a lot of families. It is quiet and doesn't have almost any criminal activity. It is a great place to start a family
All you need is close by or within walking distance or a quick Uber. Good variety of restaurants and bars. Parks nearby and safe location.
Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and fun things to do. Not the cheapest place to live but a great spot to be in.
