Fair Experience

Post Gardens was good - management did a great job staying organized, and were always helpful answering any inquiries. Great place to live right out of college as there are many young professionals in this area. Very advantageous to get to Buckhead and other nightlife.

Good Overall Experience

Post Gardens did a good job providing everything that was needed. Parking was never an issue, the secured gate worked well for letting in visitors, and was a nice location within Lenox Park. There were some issues when people would park in the Mail Drop slots; however, the Apartment employees were helpful in addressing this. All in all, good experience.

Post Gardens

This property is very safe and is close to everything. Tons of residents are in their 20's and 30's and it's a great place to meet new people. They are pet friendly and the pool area is awesome in the summer time. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to live near midtown/ downtown.

Post Gardens

For the money, this apartment is a good buy. It is an in town location; however, it is isolated enough where you do not feel urban. There is a nice, mostly unknown, park across the street that adds to its location. Management, is OK, but could be more flexible.

Excellent Apartment Complex

Post is known for the pride they put into their apartments. The grounds are very well kept. All maintenance issues are addressed quickly (<24hrs) and efficiently. I love having the amenities of gym, pool, and tennis court. There is a social team which plans multiple events a month to engage residents to socialize. I live on a top floor apartment and it is quiet as can be. I have never had an issue with noise or neighbors. There is also ample parking available for me and my guests. The "downside" is that the appliances and counters are not "top notch." I think they are in the process of renovating the apartments, but mine is not one of them. Everything works great, but the price you pay in rent I would like nicer counters/appliances. Management is pleasant and easy to work with, but beware, like with most apartment complexes, rent is known to increase substantially when lease is up. Location is EXCELLENT and worth it in my opinion.

Good Value

Post Gardens was a relatively good value for the money, and is one of the cheaper complexes in Lenox Park. Management was always very attentive, but it lacked sociability. The apartments are dated (popcorn ceilings, white cabinets), but are well maintained. Nice pool area, but only one side gets sun.

Getting around Buckhead

Buckhead Reviews

The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.
Love being so close to so many great restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and general green space. Only thing I don't love about Peachtree Hills is how expensive it is for the most part.
Good area, with plenty of grocery store options. Walkable during the day.
The neighborhood is really quiet but yet kid friendly. The area is safe and is not far from grocery stores. I cannot point out any cons because there isn't any.
West Midtown is a busy, up-and-coming part of Atlanta with elaborate restaurants, attractions and bars. Not to mention the convenient location! Amazing!
The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.
It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.
This is a very central location, just next to Peachtree Street. Shopping like Publix and Fresh Market are not too far away, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is still very quiet down at Bryson Square.
