I've lived here for over a year and I'm pretty pleased with it. They are a little overpriced and there have been some safety concerns--mostly car break-ins, but that has been happening all over Buckhead recently. The gate is broken a lot, and the maintenance staff don't seem to care that much. The new management is absolutely great, though. They're super polite, helpful, friendly and really get to know their residents.
Most people that live here are young working professionals. I've seen complaints online about the complex being too loud and too many parties but I really haven't had that issue.

Overall, I've enjoyed living at Aspire for the past 4 years (formerly 1050 Lenox Park). It's had it's ups and downs as far as loud neighbors and people not picking up after their dogs, but that can happen anywhere. Management has been friendly and quick to fix anything as soon as it's reported. They've done a lot of renovations which has been nice. There is a MARTA track that runs behind the complex, but I've gotten used to it. It is basically Buckhead though and with it comes some of the loud partiers, but that's been my biggest complaint.

I've been at Aspire Lenox Park (formerly 1050 Lenox Park) for nearly 4 years now. The amenities are nice. I've never felt unsafe there. There have been a few crime instances in the last year, but you get that at any complex. The management has had some turnover in the last year and a half. I miss some of the old staff that could recognize you even if you weren't a regular in the office, but overall the new people aren't bad. The maintenance staff is usually pretty quick to get to your requests (usually within a couple of days). They aren't always quick to close them out in the online system though, so you might get emails months later. But no big deal.

This apartment complex is okay. They have a great pool, which is mostly what all the reviews are about, and they offer covered deck parking for all residents, which is nice, but they experienced a lot of break-ins the past few months.

They're currently renovating the clubhouse and gym, so I am looking forward to that. Overall, this place is okay. It's in the middle of Brookhaven and Buckhead so you get the best of both worlds.
