I like it

This apartment has been an overall great experience. The apartment itself is nice and very clean. The appliances are up to date and I've had only a few things I had to call maintenance for. Maintenance was also very fast and went out of their way to get everything figured out for us. The community is dog friendly, but I personally didn't like the area as much for my dog because she is larger. It is in a great spot around freedom part and its a nice walk to the beltline. There are a lot if food spots nearby as well and it has been nice to feel like I'm not living on a campus. The apartment is very secure and has gates and card access doors. Bad things: I think management takes a little bit to email back. One side of the building gets less sunlight. I have an apartment that faces outside the building rather than toward the other side of the complex which I recommend to get the best sunlight.

Big Box living in VaHi

675 is an excellent location, walking distance to the beltline, VaHi, Freedom Parkway, Little 5 Points, and more. It is next to two main thoroughfares (Ponce De Leon Ave and North Highland Ave) providing easy access to much of the city. Proximity to Emory campus is close but not too close and is bike able on side-streets or drive able within 15 minutes outside of rush hour. The apartments are well insulated for a large, multi-family complex (I almost never hear my neighbors above or next to me) and has good quality amenities that you would expect from a big-box apartment complex adjacent to some excellent neighborhoods.

Central location - bike to Emory and walk the neighborhood

675 has been a fantastic home since moving to Atlanta. It provides the perfect balance of convenience to Emory University (if you are a student or working at the CDC/hospital) and to a vibrant neighborhood. Publix and CVS are only a block away, a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars are close by. Connecting to the beltline is easy.

You pay for the location and for the quality of the building, as this is not the cheapest option in the area. It is, however, worth it if you value the amenities along with the location.

Great property. Things get fixed very quickly if needed. Friendly staff. Close enough to school while allowing you some space.

Great building with amenities!

The building is really nice. It has a lot of in the way of amenities and services - pool with a bocce court, gym, conference/club rooms, secure package delivery, trash valet, gated parking, more. Everything is clean and now, and the few times that we have had maintenance issues, the staff has been really responsive and friendly. There is also a good community feel to the building, and they host a few social events each year that seem corny, but are a lot of fun. There are several fellow GBS students who share similar feelings.

This is the sole neighborhood I would live in if I were moving to Atlanta again - Virginia Highlands, and specifically Poncey Highlands, is central to everything and very accessible from most other parts of the city. A lot is walkable, and if not, a short Uber/drive away. Great bars and restaurants that many classmates end up finding themselves at on weekends, saving a lot of time and money commuting. It is a short drive to campus, and also a very safe neighborhood. There is also a Publix literally across the street from the building.
I love the neighborhood. There's a lot of park access and tons of food. It's a pretty quick drive to most places in atlanta. One downside is that ponce de leon can get busy. I've never had to wait a length of time that was unacceptable, but I have been slowed down by a few minutes depending on the time of day. Driving to class takes about 13-16 minutes depending on the time.
Not as walkable as Midtown, but the beltline and lots of new development makes restaurants, shops, recreation and work more accessible than many other neighborhoods.
Love the neighborhood - really in the middle of all the action and tons of cool bars, restaurants, etc to check out
The only downside to the neighborhood is sometimes the street noise can be a bit loud. Walk, bike, drive, take the bus.
Very convenient for all needs - school, social, etc. Easy walk to a lot of great locations.
Everything you'd need within walking distance or a short drive away.
In the Poncey-Highlands, there is everything you need, and more! Plenty of grocery stores, fantastic shop, and plenty of eclectic bars and coffee shops. Within less than a mile, I can walk to dozens of delicious restaurants! And there is a bar for everyone, and every mood!
