Honestly have really enjoyed my experience. They’re very responsive and it’s a great option for students who want to be close to campus, but also where there are more things to do.

Brand new building in downtown Decatur, great for young families
We have had a fantastic experience at Arlo. It is a brand new complex, opened in fall 2016, and we were the first family to move into our unit. The location is amazing, right in downtown Decatur next to all of the bars, restaurants and boutique shops the town has to offer. It's also just a three minute walk from the Decatur MARTA station. The commute to campus is fifteen minutes via car, and there's an Emory bus that leaves every 30 minutes from the MARTA station. Our unit is spacious, has high ceilings and brand new stainless steal fixtures -- it's definitely a luxury building at a premium location, and the monthly rent reflects this. The only downside we have experienced is with our downstairs neighbor, who often calls in complaints about noise from our two-year-old daughter running around the unit. We are on the top floor, so we don't notice any noise, but the lower units apparently do experience this issue.
