Decent for the price

Older building but unit has been somewhat renovated with new floors (poor quality), new kitchen appliances and countertops. Layout is odd with quite a large living/dining area but small bedroom and kitchen. New doors would greatly cut down on the noise which is otherwise not that bad.

Location is great, only a couple blocks from restaurants, grocery store and several bars.
