Commuter grad student

Sometimes can be a little more of a commute than I would've liked in my first, very busy year of grad school, but the location and amenities are second to none.

Safe Neighborhood with Convenient Shuttle Access

I live in a safe and quiet area with a regular USC shuttle connection to the UPC campus, which makes commuting easy and reliable. The neighborhood feels comfortable for evening walks, and there are grocery stores and cafes within walking distance. It’s a good option if you prefer a calmer environment slightly away from campus while still staying well connected.

Great apartment, spacious, beautiful. Great amenities: gym, 2 pools, business lounge, a lot of common areas.

Playa Vista is an ideal neighborhood for families, offering a perfect blend of safety, comfort, and top-notch infrastructure. While it comes with a higher price tag, the investment is wholly justified by its secure environment, beautifully maintained walking areas, and unparalleled community amenities. Great elementary schools: Playa Vista Elementary and Goethe International Charter School.

Very safe and clean. We can walk around even at night without any concern. There is no garbage on the street in this area.
