Decent Location, Thin Walls
Great place to live if you want to be close to Westwood village and campus. However, it's expensive for the size of the apartment and the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors clearly (I can hear my neighbor's alarm go off every morning).

Rochester Apts Review
Very conveniently located (close to UCLA and walking distance to Westwood Village). Good restaurants in the surrounding area. Also lots of closet space (I have a walk in closet) and I otherwise have plenty of space. There is also a pool, hot tub, and grill on the roof (although the grill sometimes is out of propane, and thus cannot be used).
The downsides are that my apartment gets very little sunlight and I can hear a lot of sound from the apartment above me and in the halls. I had someone steal from my car in the garage. I accidentally left my car unlocked, but management told me the people that do this never BREAK into cars (ie, they only go into cars that were left unlocked).

Good
Property was recently remodeled so it is in pretty good condition. Management is easy to communicate with. Electricity, gas, and internet is not included but water is. Single parking spots included. No gym. Good location close to bus stop and 99 Ranch. Overall I’ve had a very good experience living here and will continue to live here.
