Good size and location if you want to live near campus
There are study and office spaces in the building, lots of amenities, huge floor plans for downtown (700+ square feet for a 1 bedroom), and good security on the individual unit and building overall. 1/2 a block from the bus stop and metro stop so it takes 14-20 minutes to get to school maximum depending on if you take the bus vs. metro.

Live in Avant if you want proximity to USC campus
The best thing about the apartment is that it's the closest apartment to USC in all of downtown/south park. Besides that, it's just an average apartment in downtown at a fair price. The soundproof level is good though (but not perfect), compared to my friends' experience at other properties. One drawback is that packages sometimes get stolen, so avoid here if you do a lot of online shopping.
