Old World Charm in the heart of Hollywood
The Fleur De Lis is a charming 1920's Gothic building in the heart of Hollywood, just far enough from the boulevard. Unit's are spacious with 10 feet ceilings but much of the original charm has been stripped over the decades (some units have more than others). My biggest complaint with the building is the buildings parking lot pedestrian gate. It is on a spring and is continuously slamming shut 24/7. Quiet it is not. Some people are kind enough to take three seconds and close it quietly, but more often than not it's a constant slam fest; all day and all night, seven days a week.
