Old building in a great location.

Given that the vast majority of 1st-year students live in or near Brentwood, my location is perfect for social events, is easy to get to school, and has plenty of shops/restaurants within walking distance. The building is old and is what you'd expect in this area/price point, but it is pretty good value given the great location. The apartment is also very spacious.
