Safe and quiet apartment in the heart of West Hollywood

I live in a historic Spanish-style building that is one level and situated around a courtyard. The floor plans have 14 ft. ceilings and allow for amazing light. While only half a block from Santa Monica Blvd, the street is completely residential so it is safe and quiet, but still only a short walk to some of the best restaurants and nightlife in the city. Even though it may be a bit farther distance than some of the other neighborhoods, my commute to school is only 15 minutes on average. At the heaviest traffic times it will take me 25-30 minutes at worst.
