Ashley Collegetown

I have lived at this apartment for going on 5 years and I have mix reviews. When I first moved into this apartment complex, it was a hard adjustment because the environment was new to me. However, after a couple of weeks of getting to know the environment and management, this became quite easy forme and I began to feel a lot more comfortable. Management has very strict guidelines and they enforce them very well. My apartment has all the amenities I could ask for and more and my neighbors are always very nice to me. I love this apartment but I realize that oneday I will have to move because each year they raises the rent and soon I will not be able to afford it. But I love this place.

Great option for Georgia State students. It seems like the building is inhabited mostly by GSU students any way. Great price for wood floors, in unit washer dryer, and updated kitchen. I wish the lighting was better in my apartment. I don't know what other apartments look like but my overhead lighting is a dim track light in the living room. The bedroom doesn't have any overhead lighting, which is quite inconvenient. Very close to GSU and MARTA (Five Points station and Garnett station). Also close to Edgewood bar strip.
Awesome place to live!! Amazing location, quiet yet in the middle of all the action! Roof top deck with great views of Atlanta and nice pools!

And its right on the famous Jackson St. Bridge!
I love living in downtown. It's close to all the other major neighborhoods by MARTA and is starting to have more walkability as far as shopping and restaurants go. The only con is the lack of easy parking, and the traffic during major sporting events, concerts, and conventions.
