Convenient and cost efficient.
Location is optimal. Close to downtown decatur and the Avondale Train Station. Park and Ride at North Dekalb Mall onto campus for free.

"Reasonably priced. Great location."
This complex is perfect for roommates and a student budget. It's pet friendly and for the most part the management staff is very attentive and quick to follow up. I haven't had any issues since I've moved in. However due to the location there have been calls for the complex to be vigilant at night. However, I've never had any threatening or close calls as a single woman living in the complex. Near park and ride. I would recommend this complex to other students.
