Great location, spacious apartment
M Lofts is located right off the 1-10 so you can be at school within 20 minutes and at the beach within 10 minutes. Palms is a wonderful residential neighborhood. Walking distance from downtown Culver City.

Central Location for Working Sig-O's
MLofts apartments are brand new (opened September 2014), with all new amenities, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The apartment is located in The Palms neighborhood of Los Angeles, right by the intersection of the 405 and the 10. We chose this location as my fiancee works downtown so its convenient for her to get to work and me to get to school. There is a big blue bus stop right by the apartment. I would highly consider the apartment and location if you are looking for a central location that provides an easy commute for both you and your Sig-O.

My housing experience in Culver City
As an international student who had a small time frame to fin housing the place I found was just the perfect fit, in terms of distance to campus (I wanted something with a fair distance from campus to commute in bicycle), availability of restaurants and grocery stores but also a nice quiet suburban feel to it. In addition, the zone is at the cross between the I-405 and the I-10, highways that can take you anywhere around LA.
