Solid but quiet

I like the apartment itself very spacious - 1 issue is how thin the walls / floor is. You can hear your neighbors and the living room from your bedroom and vice versa... Building materials issue I suppose.

Convenient to bus lines on Westwood Blvd. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Bathroom amenities are subpar. Bathtub clogs. Sink water does not flow
