Well-managed and great location

The condo building is extremely well-managed by the HOA, with 24/7 concierge and security. The parking lot is gated and guarded as well. Maintenance is on site 5 days a week, and the building is always spotless.

Each unit has its own storage unit and parking spot. gym is basic but functional, and there is an underground tunnel to a nicer One Life gym next door. There are multiple pools open Memorial-Labor Day.

The location is central to a lot of different things with easy access to I-66 and 267. Under 10 minutes to 5+ grocery stores, tons of restaurants, and the malls. It is slightly farther from school, taking anywhere from 15-30 minutes (depending on traffic) to drive, but it is on the silver line for the Metro.

Getting around Tysons Corner

Tysons Corner Reviews

Pretty good neighborhood.. family-oriented but enough young people nearby to be interesting. Most of the families in the area are "young" families (new parents). Short drive from Tysons Business Park, Tysons Mall, and Mosaic District, so plenty to do nearby.
It's not the city, but it's fast becoming a metropolis, with the Metro just 10 minutes away and the popular Tysons Corner Mall in reach. Schools are good, parking is still plentiful, and our particular complex is actually, actually affordable and relatively noise-free. If you pick the right side of the Rotonda to live on, you will never hear the Metro and get ample sun.
Tysons Corner is far enough away from DC to not be in the annoying bubble of people who don't own cars. It has nice wide driveable roads and retail is in huge shopping malls like God intended.
Safe, quiet, but not much going on. Most residents are 35+ years old and there are a lot of families. It's a pretty expensive area and consists of mostly office parks. Not walkable.
Close to lots of businesses, safe area, relatively quiet, walking distance to Safeway grocery story and Starbucks. Clean area. Close to various public transportation options.
I love living in Tyson's Corner. I'm close to the mall, close to work, and only a 15 minute drive to Arlington/DC (depending on traffic, of course).
The community itself is secure and close to the metro and grocery stores. All the basics are covered, with outdoor grills and a gym/pool available. The whole community is gated, so your car is separated from traffic. Location for convenient access to work is great, but there is not much to do in terms of restaurants or nightlife in Tysons.
No complaints about the neighborhood. It's right next to a gas station and a Safeway.
