Eastview in Ballston, Arlington

Great option if you’re looking for independent landlords, great accommodations, and close to the metro. About 10-15 minutes from GW

Great place for family

Ballston area is a great place for students who bring their family, especially their kids.

Very safe, easy access to Metro and Metro Bus, many supermarkets, a big park, a well managed public library, and so on.

I usually go to school by a bike (bicycle) taking me 20 min and it's really fun time! Only between January and March I use Metro or GUTS instead.
