Great apartment building (especially for the price)
If you're able to find a condominium in this building for rent, it is great! I live about a 10 minute walk from the law school, and less than a few blocks from the Metro and grocery stores. While this building doesn't have any fancy amenities, it is a great price for a great location.

Beautiful Clarendon Condo
I love living at the Hartford in Clarendon. The apartment is ~900 sq ft with wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows. The natural light is amazing. I have my own bathroom and two closets. The floors are all hardwood. It is a very new, well maintained unit. My only complaint is that the kitchen is a bit small with awkward cabinets. I wish it were more open.

MOM's market is on-site. I shop there occasionally but prefer the cheaper option of Giant down the street (a short drive or walk). The metro is a short and safe 5-minute walk away. The building does sit right off Lee Highway, but I have never had any noise or other problems associated with this. I like how quickly I can pull onto the major road instead of navigating around crowded city traffic. I drive to school in under 5 minutes via Lee Highway.
