DC's Best Managed Building

I love everything about my building. The building's management team, led by Chip, is unparalleled. The units themselves are nice and large and have a good balance between old and new. I started out as a renter, but when my unit went on the market, I jumped at the chance to buy it. Unless I move to an actual house, I couldn't see myself living anywhere else in the DMV.
