Good location and nice maintenance
Have lived for 4+ years in this place and am very satisfied. The location is very close to the zilker park trail and the apartments are well maintained. The only drawbacks that I can think of are that the apartments a little old and people dont interact as much.

Great location and price!
This is the PERFECT location for anyone who loves Austin events like Austin City Limits, Blues on the green or Trail of Lights. It's walking distance to Barton Springs, Zilker Park, and easy access to Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail. I have lived here for 3 years and I can't imagine finding a better apartment close to downtown, the lake trail or the many great events going on around here for the price I pay! Love BHPP!

-walking distance to the greenbelt and zilker park (major bonus around ACL, FUN FUN FUN, and Trail of Lights)
-a little bit trapped because of the highway in times of high traffic. You only have one way out and that means Mopac
-you have to drive a bit to get to a gas station that isn't in Collingwood/Bee Caves aka more expensive than normal gas stations
-there are always a lot of people walking dogs so I feel comfortable walking and running at most times
