The apartment and amenities are fine. However, the location is great.

The location is unbeatable. I have had some property management issues: elevators are constantly down, my original unit had a power outage that forced me to switch apartments at the beginning of my lease, and walls are pretty thin. Other than that, it's been a good experience.

My unit is nice and spacious, the apartment has a great pool, workout room, and study paces, and it's in a great location! My only con is I have had some issues with management, they're not the best.

Overall its solid, very conveniently located and is a short drive to everything in Austin.

If you want an area to walk around or if you have a dog, there is not a lot of land nearby.

The management has been good as well in my experience.

Great location, but management is okay. Pool renovation during the summer - extended multiple times, can hear people above you clearly, can hear the garbage trucks and landscaping every morning, elevators frequently broken

Maintenance is prompt, pricing is fair, location is excellent, security is fair(Electric Bike was stolen), Apartment gym is above average, plenty of parking, good sized units

Nice apartment with solid amenities. I like the gym and easy access to East Austin. One thing to note is that there are not public transit options from this area to the law school. I wouldn't live here unless you are able to drive to school every day. Otherwise, it's a solid apartment building with lots of mid-late twenty somethings.

I've lived at Eleven for two years. I've been lucky to not experience any issues with my unit, but the building does from time to time lose power and get the fire alarm trigged for a variety of reasons relatively often (once a month). The gym and pool are nice, and there are study rooms which are basically unused except for the MBA students in the building. It's a 7 minute drive to Rowling and close to a lot of great bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

Can walk home from school, clean and nice place to live. Responsive.

Eleven is an overall good spot. Great location with minimal noise and good amenities. There was a break in to the bike area and my bike got stolen. Other than that I don’t have many complaints about this place. I bike to UT everyday - it’s 10-15min and not too hilly.
