Apartment is in a great location downtown, close to UT campus, close to I35, close to restaurants and bars both downtown and on the east side.

Semi new resident but in love
Fairly new to the complex. I've been here for about 8 months but for the location and price this place is amazing. Everything is truly in walking distance and the management company is quite quick and helpful. I've never had any major issues and anything I do bring to their attention they address in a timely manner.
