Typical UDR property
Had numerous issues moving in, the leasing office didn't file the proper paperwork causing me to overpay by 1900 and they didn't refund me that amount. Apartment smelled like smoke when I moved in and had to go back 3 times for the leasing office to do something about it. The domain is also 20-30 minutes from campus so prepare for a decent commute as well as Domain foot traffic is very busy on weekends so getting around with a car within the Domain is difficult.
