A+ for E on Grand
E on Grand is a comfortable apartment complex with outdoor and indoor spaces and that allow for a nice change of pace while studying. Management is receptive and understanding. As someone who commutes in and out of the city often, I am also a huge fan of the proximity to the freeway.

Nice building, good location
E on Grand is conveniently located very close to the Pico station on the Expo Line. The building opened in 2017 so everything is new. The units are nice with very high ceilings , modern appliances, and balconies. The amenities are not as nice as some of the other buildings nearby but the units are nicer in my opinion. The building does not have a doorman staffed 24/7 which can be a pain when you have guests.
