Quiet, rent controlled building

Property Manager isn't the greatest but I love my apartment and it's rent controlled. Lots of dog owners (via support animals).

No complaints

Great location--friendly and safe neighborhood. Renovated apartment. Rent controlled. However, laundry room is small--hard to get laundry done bc only 3 washer machines. Only support and service dogs allowed but a lot of dogs in building. Getting maintenance can sometimes take awhile unless it's an emergency.

Decent Studio for school

It's just good enough for school. Not too far away if you have a car and is in a quiet neighborhood.
