Beware of hidden fees
When signing a lease my rent was supposed to be 1150 for a one bedroom. I am now paying 1375. All these charges come from things like "Customer service fee" and "management fee" I was never informed of these charges before moving in. My water/sewer bill is astronomically high as well. I asked management why this was and their answer was very vague- I felt like they were hiding something. Over priced apartments that are not very nice or clean, dirty common areas as well. Very disappointed

The Worst Apartment I've ever lived in
This apartment has several issues between management, hidden fees, and the quality of the apartment. Poorly built/maintained, dirty common areas, $250 of hidden fees that you are not told of until your first bill. The one saving grace is the option for a 6 month lease. There is a reason this complex has terrible reviews. Save yourself the money and the headache and look elsewhere for an apartment!
