Great location and modern, spacious living
The Grant is a boutique condo building in downtown DC. Very accessible to Metro, downtown offices, restaurants and bars on 14th street, and walkable to other neighborhoods such as DuPont, Shaw, Adam’s Morgan, etc. Most condos have been renovated and feature modern appliances, ample sunlight, and lots of square footage for a DC apartment. Only downside is no rooftop or really any green, outdoor space but it’s an easy walk to Logan Circle or Carnegie Library. Additionally, there’s no parking so those with cars will have to do street parking or find a garage.
