Awesome apartment building walking distance to UMMC

We love living here since you can drive easily to any other locations and can walk to downtown campus instead of getting caught in traffic. Great value apartment with fantastic amenities.

Good place to live that’s close to hospital, inner harbor, orioles and ravens sports stadiums.

Great location, 20 minute walk from school. Management has changed many times but current management is good. Previous management has been poor. Dog friendly.

The building is great- clean, great location, BUT staff is difficult.

Awesome spot

Banner Hill is a great place to live, especially if you're living alone. Very clean, modern building and apartment with great staff. Also tons of amenities, including gym, pool, lobby with places to do work/study, coffee machine, package service. 5 minute drive to UMMC and walking distance to inner harbor and all the great spots in Fed Hill. Water/sewer is very inexpensive, $20 trash fee monthly and additional payment for parking.
