Great building, great location

The Apolline is an older building but it is a very inclusive community in an excellent location. Staff members are friendly and helpful and neighbors are kind. Location is close to metro and in the heart of Dupont Circle.

Apolline

This building is in the perfect location but the condos are old and I had a lot of trouble with air conditioning and heat control. Also the price was too high for the quality of the space. If you need to be in Dupont, you probably can't beat this place, but if you are looking for a fun, hip, neighborhood with cool things to do and more affordable apartments with amenities, i would look at shaw, u street, adams morgan, chinatown areas.

Great rooftop and staff in a convenient location

A large condo building in Dupont Circle, the Apolline features apartments of varying sizes and designs (from uber-modern studios to older apartments with original elements - i.e. older tiled bathrooms) - each apartment is unique. The rooftop is the selling point of the building- panoramic views of the city and great layout for hosting friends or relaxing on your own around a small heated pool. The front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Overall - great location, a number of options within sizes and budgets, best rooftop deck in the city and friendly staff.
