Pleased to find cheaper rent with parking, at the expense of amenities though

Georgetown Vista is located in a quiet part of Rosslyn that's still very close to the metro and restaurants/food. However, the building does tend to smell musty pretty frequently and it has the feel of a clean, but somewhat older building. Wish it had amenities, but very happy that there is both lot and street parking. Also very fair pet rent.

Great location, good times all around

Older-ish apartment, built in the 50's, but maintained decently. Great location, super close to the Rosslyn Metro. Quiet neighbors, a little airplane noise when trying to sleep. Great place to stay if you want to be near DC, but don't want to pay to live in DC. Good social scene.
