I love my apartment. The rent is absurdly great for the neighborhood, and the building itself is charming. Laundry (in the basement) is a little more expensive than I'd want ($2) a load, but it's convenient. Im currently dealing with a rodent issue, but overall management is responsive, I enjoy living in a small building, and Dupont Circle is an adorable, safe neighborhood. I really like that O have distance from campus, but it's only a 10- 15 minute walk door to door

Dupont Circle Rowhouse
It's a rowhouse split into 7 studio units. Dupont Circle area. Very safe and lots of bars, restaurants, etc. nearby. 3 blocks from the metro, 1-2 blocks from bus lines. Laundry in basement and all utilities except cable/internet included. Management office is out in Maryland so they can be a bit slow to respond, but rent is on the low side for the area and square footage. Only downfall of a smaller building is no gym.
