Great starter building
This place has ample square footage (about 1200 SF for my 2 BR/2BA) and has reasonable rates and high end finishes (granite, brushed nickle, laundry IN the unit, etc.) and feels a lot more like a condo than an apartment building. Gym, common room with pool table, pool, dog park and gated access are some pretty good amenities for the price.

Up and Coming Area
Have been here for about 2 years. The management company has been attentive to any issues around the facility and have been actively working toward continuing with the upkeep, correcting, and updating any issues/concerns. Convenient location to downtown and midtown with a reasonable price makes this a great choice.
