Safe, simple home
We've been here for over 2 years. Most tenants have been peaceful, quiet, kept to themselves. Never had any issues with management, and outside ofbthevlack of amenities I really can't complain at all. It's no luxury apartment, but it's great for the price, pet friendly and clean. We've had very few maintenance issues and they were resolved in a timely manner.

Arbors at Berkeley
I like living here. It feels safe and is close to Kroger, Walmart and numerous shopping and retail locations. Quick to get to restaurants and easy highway access. Would like more storage and a garbage disposal, but otherwise great. I would recommend to others.
