Brockton Manor

Nice modern building with new appliances. Good location with nearby bars and restaurants. Very quiet.

Brockton Manor Review

The apartment is in good condition, but it isn't the best quality (i.e. the floorboards have spaces between them, and the blinds fall off the windows). It's very conveniently located to Anderson and to other areas where Anderson students socialize, and it's also near to a Target, Ralph's and Trader Joe's. The building managers are subpar, but they respond if you reach out to them more than once. Also, their system for mail and other package reception is subpar. Packages are often lost.

Spacious and Affordable

These apartments are great for students - they are very spacious, affordable, and a 10-15 minute drive to UCLA campus. We had a terrible land lord that made the politics of the building pretty terrible, and while he still lives in the building, he is no longer the manager. If it weren't for bad experiences with him, I would've rated this building higher!

Great Apartment, Bad Management

The apartment itself is very nice, but the manager lives on site and is very intense about noise. I wouldn’t recommend if you feel strongly about hosting people.
